How do I change the labour rate cost?

 

Changing Labour rates in your data can be done in a few different ways.

You will always be able to access the labour screen, regardless of settings, on the ‘Miscellaneous File’ in the ‘Tools’ Section on the main page of the estimating software.

 

  If you then procced to press the ‘labour rates’ button it will load a popup screen.

 

 On this screen you can make any adjustments to your labour rates, such as changing the cost, the title and adding additional labour rates.

 

 

 

This can also be carried out on the job header screen, if you have the setting ‘Set Fixed Labour Rate’ turned on (this setting can be toggled on & off in the ‘Show Advanced Options’ button).

 

 

You will also have the ability to choose the option ‘Special Labour Rate’ which will allow you to input a job specific labour rate, that will not have any effect on any other job/project.
