Once the PDF Take-Off software is open on your screen, press the blue folder icon near the top left of the screen.

This shortcut will open your cloud storage folder and allow you to view any previously uploaded files.

You are able to navigate through any drives that are set on your computer, so you can access your company storage location or your local PC.

Alternatively, you can just minimise the PDF Take-Off software, then simply navigate to where the files are stored.

You can use the mouse or keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste them onto your cloud storage location.

You will then be able to open the drawings in the software with the open PDF button (yellow folder) on the PDF Take-Off software.
