Why am I getting an error message?
If you encounter an error message in the software and you're not sure why, the quickest way to find out what's happening is to contact our Support team.
When you get an "unhandled exception" or another error message, we recommend either:
Submit a support ticket
1. Take a screenshot of the error message and save the image file.
2. Submit a ticket and attach the file so we can take a look at the error.
